Rhyanon Demery

Rhyanon Demery is a Senior Specialist and Head of Sale of marine and topographical pictures at Bonhams Knightsbridge in London. She oversees the saleroom's two Marine auctions and two Travel & Exploration auctions a year. She is also a qualified auctioneer and takes sales across a variety of departments.

Rhyanon has been involved in several high value sales, helping to achieve world auction records for a number of artists - including Admiral Sir George Back, Charles Edward Dixon, Norman Wilkinson and William Lionel Wyllie.

Rhyanon studied History of Art at the University of California Santa Barbara and worked at Butterfields in Los Angeles before joining Bonhams in 2003. She was a Specialist for the British & Continental Picture sales in Knightsbridge for several years before taking over as lead Specialist for the Travel & Exploration auctions in 2012 and the Marine auctions in 2013.
