Kacie Desabla

Kacie Desabla is a Senior Specialist for Bonhams Post-War & Contemporary Art department based in Austin, Texas. She assists clients with buying and selling in auctions both regionally and globally.

Prior to joining Bonhams, Kacie was Assistant Vice President, Head of Contemporary Art Online Sales at Sotheby's. During her nearly seven-year tenure with the company she helped manage and develop their online sales during a critical period for eCommerce in the art world. In addition to managing their various owner online auctions and themed sales, she supported several notable single owner auctions including the inaugural Hoarder sale series and the personal collection of Keith Haring. She previously held positions at Phillips auction house in New York, the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Phillips Collection in Washington D.C.

Kacie holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Studio Art from James Madison University in Virginia and a Master's degree in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York.
