Morgan Martin

Morgan Martin is Head of Department for American Art at Bonhams in New York.

Joining Bonhams in 2021, Morgan has over a decade of auction experience, with an emphasis in 19th and 20th century American and European art. He is responsible for sourcing and promoting paintings, works on paper, and sculptures for the department's bi-annual sales in New York, as well as working closely with Bonham's West Coast offices on sales at other sale sites. He is actively involved with advising clients, providing valuations and proposals for sale, as he works with a wide array of individual collectors and institutions.

Morgan earned his Master's degree in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Montana State University with highest honors. He is a USPAP compliant appraiser.
