
Kieran O'Boyle
Kieran O'Boyle is Director & Head of Ireland & Northern Ireland. Based in the Dublin office, he advises clients in the buying and selling of art and collectibles throughout all of Bonhams' specialist categories and global selling locations.
Since joining Bonhams in 2016, Kieran played a key role in the rediscovery and successful sale of Adrien-Jean Le Mayer de Merpres's Two Women Arranging Flowers in an Interior, which was found in Dublin and sold in Hong Kong for HK$14,052,500 (€1,740,290). Other notable sales include an exquisite two-stone fancy colored diamond and diamond ring by Boodles which sold in London for £598,750 and a rare and historically important Surrender Order from the 1916 Easter Rising signed by Patrick Pearse for £263,000.
In 2023, Bonhams Ireland was granted its Irish Property Service license from the PSRA (License Number 004588), enabling Bonhams to hold auctions in Ireland. Bonhams will hold its first sale in Ireland with a celebration of Irish art, literature, design and pop culture in November 2023 with The Irish Sale – Vision & Voice.
Kieran has over 20 years' experience in the industry and holds a joint BA in History of Art and Information Studies, a GradDip in Business & IT and a MSc in Digital Marketing and is a Property Services Regulatory Authority licensee (#004588-009630).
