Painted on deer skin, the hide maintaining the basic form of the animal, the four legs with hair still remaining, depicting various kachina figures, a large Hemis kachina predominating in the center, the face of Tewa the sun god, raincloud motifs, a rasp and bone scraper, a ceremonial vessel and a serpentine figure at the bottom.
