The Ulysse Nardin reference 131-77-9, a part of the San Marco collection, boasts a stunning cloisonné enamel dial illustrating the depicting The Battle of Portland in 1653, one of the key strategic victories in the first Anglo-Dutch war. The enameling covers the full dial, and contrasts beautifully with the classically proportioned 37mm 18k yellow gold case. The current lot, in great condition, is numbered 7 out of a limited edition of just 25 pieces.
