8vo. Introduction by Arthur Symons, title and text printed in red and black, 5 plates by Jacomet after drawings by Alastair mounted to silvered leaves tipped in. Original wrappers printed in red and black, original glassine dustjacket. Spine lightly cracked and spilt, minor wear to glassine dustjacket, some spotting.
Provenance: Nina, Marquise de Polignac (inscribed to her by Crosby on front free endpaper); Quentin Keynes (Sold, The Quentin Keynes Collection, Part IV, Christies, London, September 22, 2004, lot 296).
