Buyers Premium and Charges
Bonhams is pleased to waive all our fees, including buyer's premium. Please note that almost all lots are marked with 'AR' and are subject to Artist Resale Right. (If the Hammer Price is £1,000 or greater, there will be an additional 4% premium charged to the Buyer, relating to the payment of royalties under the Artist's Resale Right Regulations).
Buyers' Obligations
ALL BIDDERS MUST AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD BONHAMS' CONDITIONS OF SALE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM, AND AGREE TO PAY THE BUYER'S PREMIUM AND ANY OTHER CHARGES MENTIONED IN THE NOTICE TO BIDDERS. THIS AFFECTS THE BIDDERS LEGAL RIGHTS.

Payment Notices
By registering to bid live, each bidder authorises Hospital Rooms Charity to use their personal details for invoicing purposes and in accordance with the terms of their Privacy Policy and also to share their personal details with Bonhams for use in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Hospital Rooms will be managing the payment and shipping of all artworks. Invoices will be issued by the charity shortly after the sale closes with any added ARR premium that may apply. Swift payment and collection will be greatly appreciated.
Shipping Notices
