A fine and rare 19th century brass inlaid mahogany floor standing organ clock playing twelve tunes, together with two additional barrels.

The three-part case with arched top surmounted by gilt brass crocket finials, over inlaid architectural profiles to all three sections, the sides with brass floral handles above the silk- and velvet-backed pierced frets, all raised on cast acanthus ball feet.
The 11.25 inch silvered Roman dial with engraved floral spandrels, framing the twin subsidiaries for rise-and-fall regulation and strike/silent, signed in the centre John Moore & Sons, Clerkenwell, London under blued steel skeletonised trefoil hands. The clock movement with three chain fusees, anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, chiming the quarters on a run of eight bells and hammers, signed on a silvered plaque John Moore & Sons, Clerkenwell, London. The organ movement contained within the centre section and comprising tall shaped brass plates united by six heavy baluster pillars, signed at one end on a silvered 12-tune selector dial John Moore & Sons, Clerkenwell, London and playing a 12.5 inch long (4.5ins. diameter) pinned wooden barrel on 16 pipes. Together with case keys, a crank winder, pendulum and two additional pinned barrels by B. Flight, Organ Builders & Musical Instrument Makers. 36 St. Martin's Lane, Charing Cross, London contained within the original mahogany box with lacquered brass handle. Ticking, striking, chiming and playing. 2.19m (7ft 2ins) high.
