藏印：乾隆禦覽之寳、石渠寳笈、另一枚漫漶不辨
邊款：《國朝畫徵錄》云：「蔣廷錫字揚孫，號西穀，又號南沙。常熟人。康熙癸未翰林，以逸筆寫生，或奇或正，或率或工，或賦色，或筆墨。一幅中恆出之而自然，洽和風神，生動意態，堂堂點綴，坡石無不超脫，擬其所至直奪元人之席矣......」等語。南沙仕至大學士，諡文肅。此卷予購于滬上時己卯（1939）春閒越六年，甲申（1944）花朝後十日即民國三十三年三月十有三日。吾友鼎唐世兄與周女士結袂以此為贈，聊供洞房清玩，並祝白頭鴛侶偕老百年也。惠陽八十老人廖恩燾懺盦誌于滬上寓盧南窗下。

廖恩燾，字鳳舒，號懺庵，廖仲愷之兄，籍廣東惠陽縣。清末、民國時代官員、外交官、詞人，著有《半舫斋诗余》，齋名乃此幅題簽之署。
