杉榮三郎（1873-1965），東京大學畢業，明治三十五年在中國的京師大學堂任教習。大正七年成為日本宮內書記官，後任日本東京帝室博物館總長。著有《經濟學講義》。
曹汝霖（1877-1966），浙江人。早年留學日本法政大學。曾任清政府外務部副大臣，袁世凱政府外交次長，交通銀行總理等。
