PLUS 25% OF THE AMOUNT OF THE BID PRICE ABOVE $12,500 UP TO AND INCLUDING $600,000;
PLUS 20% OF THE AMOUNT OF THE BID PRICE ABOVE $600,000 UP TO AND INCLUDING $6,000,000;
