Spring flowers; a kakejiku (hanging scroll), ink and colours on satin in silk mounts, depicting flowering branches of plum and camellia in a double bamboo hanging basket, signed at bottom right Zeshin and sealed Koma; with a wood storage box titled Ume tsubaki, Zeshin hitsu (Plum and camellia painted by Zeshin) and a cardboard slipcase.
