Tasting Profile:
Colour: Burnished gold with midnight sun reflections.
Nose: Heady top notes of cumin, cardamom and darkest maraschino.
Palate: All encompassing and aromatic with dark prunes and plain chocolate.
Finish: Very long finish with a Spanish sherry oak signature and a hint of peat smoke.
