Gilt divided ¾ plate movement jeweled through the third wheel, key wound using Reed's patent mainspring barrel with Maltese cross stop work, Reed's patent spring detent lever escapement, bimetallic balance with numerous gold screws, overcoiled spring, key set from the back, gold cuvette, signed white enamel dial, subsidiary seconds, blued breguet hands, recased in a contemporary engine turned and scroll engraved M&B 18K case
